3-0??????

Well good morning. I know that that its been a long time, but I'm back. The TEXANS are a "surprise" 2-0 thanks to the play of Matt Schuab, Andre Johnson and the defense. It was nice watching the squad overcome a 14-0 deficit on the road and erase it like it was a bad answer on a test. We are looking GOOD. This week, with Johnson out, is going to be tough, but I am predicting a 17-14 victory at Reliant. I just feel a "swagger" about us as a team, as fans, and as a city. I think that we can pull this one out and defeat the GREAT Peyton Manning.

A New Beginning

We are only 13 hours and 42 minutes away from the start of the '07 season. I really feel that this will be the start of something fun and new to the fans of Houston. I liked what we have done in terms of personnel and the new pieces showed true promise in the preseason. Jacoby Jones, my wife's new favorite player, was fun to watch and I hope that his play carries over for 17 more weeks. I have been impressed with the play of Matt Schaub. He has shown that he can lead the team with his arm play, a real field presence and excellent decision making skills. Now let's let the games begin.....I am predicting a 10-6 season, probably wishful thinking, but never-the-less my prediction. As far as the CHEFS and LJ....bring them on. Houston 24 - Chefs 10.

Looking Good

Man, oh man did we look GOOD against the other team in Texas....okay, okay....I'll say it, the Cow-Girls. The 1st group looked especially crisp against their 1st team. It really felt good to say that we beat them. This was a real test as to what we should expect from the Texans this year. i don't want to jinx us or anything, but I definitely feel that we have something to cheer for this year. So with that I say......September 9th, bring on L.J. and the CHEFS!!!!!!

Bring on the Cow-"GIRLS!!!!!"

With kickoff merely hours away, I can't wait to see what we will look like against the other team from Texas. As a true football fan, i will admit that this should be a really good test to see just how good we will be in o7. I look forward to the offense moving the ball and scoring TD's and not just field-goals. Defensively, we need to improve against the pass. I think that our rush D has done fairly well thus far. Well finally, I predict that we will win tonight's game.....24-17. HOUSTON........TEXANS!!!!!!!

Victory 1

Well, well, well....we are finally on the side of victory. The team looked pretty good yesterday. The defense is a bit behind, but i am sure that the staff will get the problems corrected. I look forward to beating the "HELL" out of the COW-GIRLS next weekend!

Excitement!!!!

Here it is only a day and a half before the start of another Texans season. I am so excited. I am awaiting the start of something new with our new QB, Green a.k.a Batman and all the other new pieces. I hope that we have a GREAT season.
